By now, XCOM 2 is about four years old, a right time for a game to have a sequel. While this game still boasts a great community as well as an extra DLC like the Chunky War of the Chosen has kept current gamers going while progressively making new fans, but it's legitimate to think when a new series might arrive. But what can you look forward to in the next XCOM game? XCOM is most likely on its way; however, what do you want from it.

Classic Invasion Point of View

When you talk about XCOM, a lot of people will think of a secret organization fighting off alien assaults. This is the reason why Enemy Unknown and X-Com: UFO Defense/UFO: Enemy Unknown are the most renowned games in the series, and the same titles such as Xenonauts do well. While many people love Firaxis trying to do something unique by turning XCOM into an underground resistance force instead of a successful assault, watching the attack slowly build up from a few flying saucers and MIB is part of the appeal of XCOM and hoping that they will be returned.

Terror From The Deep

We are long overdue for a redo of the proper X-Com series, Terror from the Deep, an attack rising from under the sea. The novel game is much-loved for being somehow terrifying and tense than the initial X-Com, and having fights in undersea settings as well as based would make for interesting encounters. While Julian Gollop's Phoenix Point is discovering some of these concepts, the ending to XCOM teases that the XCOM will be Terror from the Deep, there is a nod to the novel game's had reaching out cover.

Types of New Enemy

We are not talking about more types of enemies, which XCOM 2 provided. We mean that a complete overhaul of opponents as the old set is getting predictable at present. Basing XCOM 3 around Terror from the Deep can assist a lot with this. Most of us wished to be astounded by enemies once more and give the team of designer a new challenges, XCOM soldiers were dull, and the roided-up Sectoids were no exciting anymore. People are expecting new enemies.

Full Destructible Terrain

Phoenix Point boasts of destructible terrains, and it is a total game-changer that makes truly epic encounters. It is one thing having a gigantic spider boss to brawl with; it is fairly another knowing she is able to charge forward and kill all the cover between you. There is a level of terrain destruction in XCOM, but it does not go far enough; we are talking about total building destruction with giant bosses blowing the place up. Totally destructible maps can turn the next XCOM from another game to XCOM 3, and people are looking forward to it.

Resolve The Aiming

If there is one thing the XCOM sequence gets worldwide criticism for, it is the strange aiming system, which can see 95 percent hit a chance shot at point black range miss. While some of you are not eager for Firaxis to totally scrap it, particularly as the same games like XCOM with spies Phantom Doctrine attempted to make something different as well as messes it up entirely, however, something absolutely does have to be performed to fix the aiming system because it is a constant joke.

Conclusion

There are many things a lot of players would want to see in the latest XCOM 3. So, the best thing to do is to be patient and just wait for it to release.
