The synopsis of this game began in the mid-17th century were players had colonized a fictional land. This fictional land was said to be modeled after the Americas. The goal of the game is to create and survive. So, as players, your goal is to survive and thrive in this New World.

Great Things About New World

The game is very well designed and visually pleasing, especially when you compare it to other similar games. Borrowing from centuries of European culture, the art style is more of a European folk art style that is of a magical and slightly medieval vibe. The style is comprised of a mixture of realism and fantasy. The art style is not a traditional MMO art style, more of a casual art style. However, it’s a very high-quality casual art style.

The colors and textures in the game are well done, meaning that the colors and textures of the game do not hurt the visual quality of the graphics. We commend the developers of this game for creating such a mystical world Aeternum, where the game takes place. The quality of the graphics is very good, but the graphics are not the best. In the end, the graphics of the game can be said great.

Also, this game offers players an action-oriented combat system, which makes the game even more exciting, unlike other MMOs.

Other Things That We Don’t Like in This New World

Here are some of the things that we don’t like about this game:

• Missing in-game content. What is even worse is that the developers seem to be lost in their own game.

• Questing is terrible. It only has two types of missions: traversing from point A to B, killing or defeating a character, and returning. Also, picking a certain object is also a part of the mission. While it may be acceptable to some, we can’t blame other players for having such high expectations with the visuals that it offers.

• The Player-vs-Player game is weak. While the economy and power balance are interesting to play for PVP, but to win in this game without getting anything substantial, well, it’s unpleasant.
